Happy Halloween my preshies! ?? I hope to see lots of Holly Golightly’s out and about tonight (or La Croix cans, etc.) So glad that y’all enjoyed seeing those ideas in my post about Easy Halloween Costumes! Even though I’ll definitely be handing out candy at the door tonight and will be dressed as “girl in her pajamas,” I am with all of you costume-wearing folks in spirit!
While we’re still in the fall spirit as we quickly approach Thanksgiving, I thought now would be the best time to discuss fall make-up! (At least, before we get in too deep with the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas movies.) If you’ve been following along with Collectively Carolina for a while now, you might have heard me mention that I am absolutely in love with Stila’s Stay-All-Day Liquid Lipstick! It’s the lip product I wear almost daily, but especially for special occasions. I wore it in “Bella” to Mary Catherine’s wedding last December!

For fall, I wear this lipstick in “Patina” almost DAILY! It’s the perfect deep, but natural lip color that pairs perfectly with seasonal fall hues. I used to have the hardest time finding a long-wear lipstick that didn’t dry out my lips – you know that cracking/flaking issue that usually happens? You won’t find that with this Stila lipstick! If you’re thinking $22 is a little pricey for a tube of lipstick, don’t let it scare you away. It’s actually pretty big (in terms of the amount of product you get) and goes a longgg way. When I put it on, I barely use a whole “swipe” because the lipstick is so potent!
