Today’s post is all about the essentials I would take on a warm-weather summer vacation! All of the finds in this packing guide are really affordable and are also great staples to have in your closet. I love taking pieces on vacation like these denim shorts or this white dress that can be styled different ways to create multiple different outfits! (Trying to make myself learn that less is more when I’m packing ?)
White Ruffle Dress – I just found this little white dress on Amazon for under $30 and immediately ordered it in a small! Would be so cute for a casual beach dinner or day of shopping.
Circle Bag – This rattan bag is one of the trendiest things out there right now – I have it in the “medium” size and it’s also under $30! Instantly makes you look resort-wear ready while on vacation.
Pink Bikini – I love a good color block suit and this one takes the cake! It looks SO comfy too.
Tortoise Sunglasses – I have these in the black color and wear them daily. The tortoise are on sale right for $40!
Beauty Counter Sunscreen – I get this weird sun rash whenever I use “regular” sunscreen (I know, TMI) so this mineral sunscreen is a lifesaver. Invest in products that are GOOD for you!
Lilly Pulitzer One Piece – This is the one I was wearing in this Instagram photo and I’m still so obsessed with it! One of the best one pieces of the season.
Blue Maxi Dress – Everyone needs to take at least one good maxi on a summer vacation – this one will take you from dinner to walking barefoot on the beach in no time.
Rattan Earrings – These $10 earrings I keep sharing are seriously just THAT good!
Navy Jumpsuit – Another recent Amazon find! It feels a little bit more lounge-y so it’s perfect for flying or long car rides while traveling. Size up!
White Slides – At least one pair of slides are also essential. These are super cute but still beach/pool ready!
Denim Shorts – I just got these and am in love! They’re also on sale for $15 right now. The boyfriend fit is perfect for throwing on over your bathing suit.
Navy Cover Up – A good cover up is the perfect way to get away with heading to lunch in your pool/beach clothes. I like to still feel put together!!
Ankle Strap Sandals – These are not your high quality pair of heels, but are perfect to throw on when you know you’ll be walking in the sand, or just generally dogging them out. No worries about damaging your nicer shoes! (These are only $25)
Straw Tote – Last but not least, a really good beach bag that can double as a purse. Love using straw so the sand can sift right through!
