Hip, hip, hooray for another #WeddingWednesday! I feel like I haven’t had any updates recently (at least not any that I can share with you, yet – like taking my bridal portraits this morning!) so I’m so excited to have a little bit of wedding content for you today.
Last Saturday, two sweet ladies from my church hosted a beautiful Christmas-themed shower for me in Columbia! I felt so celebrated and everyone had the most wonderful time. I think one of the best parts about bridal showers is the fact that all of your worlds collide! A few of my bridesmaids got to meet each other for the first time and that was so exciting because we’re all going to be spending much more time together SO soon!
*Outfit links are at the end of this post!
My sweet Mama and I with the beautiful welcome sign outside the venue! All of the Christmas decorations were to die for!!
Right inside the door they had this adorable little tree with paper ornaments for guests to write their holiday traditions on! I loved reading through all of these after the shower.
The two sweet hostesses on either side of me made this day so special!! The corsage they had for me to wear was just so pretty.
The best MOH and MOB there ever was!
3 out of 8 of my beautiful bridesmaids! I can’t wait to have them all together for my bachelorette party in April!!
Quite possibly one of my favorite parts of the morning – the hostesses made this cute little notebook for Mary Catherine (sister and MOH) to write my gifts in! It even had a list of everyone invited to the shower, and the menu from the day so that I’ll be able to remember it all years down the road!!
Annnd my other favorite part of the morning – all of the delicious food and the beautiful table decor! It was the most festive Christmas brunch you’ve ever seen!
Finally, there were these fun favors set up on a table out in the foyer for guests to take as they left! Another thing I forgot to mention – the hostesses had each guest bring a Christmas ornament with their gift so that Rudd and I will have plenty for our first tree – what a great idea!!
Every little detail of this shower was so thoughtful – I wish we could have stayed all day long!!
