I don’t want to be dramatic, but I think I found *the* perfect dress for Thanksgiving! ?
I was hunting for something maxi or midi length this year, and couldn’t find anything that I liked until I came across this one. The biggest plus is that it’s under $40, but is still exceptional quality with very pretty details. It comes in two other patterns which are both beautiful, as well – one is a black floral, and the other is a purple floral.
There is a small key hole back with a button closure at the top of the ruffled neck – so cute! I also love that this dress only has one “tier” at the bottom. I think we’re seeing an over-saturation of very trendy “tiered” maxi dresses, knee length dresses, and tops – this style is much more flattering, and looks higher-end, in my opinion!
A sizing note: after reading several reviews stating that it ran very generous, I decided to size down to an XS, and am glad that I did! I think I could also wear the Small, but I didn’t want to run the risk of this looking frumpy, as I think long sleeve maxi dresses can easily lean that way. I’m 5’6 for height reference!
I paired it with my favorite booties, and a new necklace and pair of cross earrings that Hidden Truth Jewelry sent over for me – so sweet! (You can find these HTJ pieces in my Shop Small Gift Guide, too.) You could easily throw a moto jacket on top of this dress if it’s chilly!
