Southern Tide has been a longtime favorite shopping destination of mine, especially for swimwear and cover ups! Now, their new activewear collection is at the top of my list for summertime!
The new Southern Tide arrivals for summer include so many cute pieces for him & her. Rudd and I wore almost exclusively ST on our recent beach trip!

Here, I’m wearing the One Shoulder 
One Piece, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt better about the fit of a swimsuit! I’m wearing the size small, and it sculpts in all of the right places. It’s full coverage in the back, and has removable padding! Truly everything I could want in a one piece, and the stripes are so flattering.
I lived in this Textured Tunic Cover Up during our beach vacation! It’s so easy to throw on over your swimsuit, and I love the adjustable sleeves – I found myself unrolling them on chilly, windy beach mornings. I’m also wearing the size small in the tunic!
Now, for the new Southern Tide activewear pieces: I don’t know that Rudd will ever wear another pair of golf shorts! Here, he’s wearing the T3 Gulf brrrdie 8 Inch Performance Short with the Driver Aston Printed Performance Polo Shirt. The print on this shirt is so much fun! I love that all of the ST men’s activewear coordinates perfectly together, as a lot of the prints and solids follow the same color story.
I’ve shared the Brenna Zip Front Performance Dress a few times already, but I just can’t get enough of it. It comes with matching shorts to wear underneath and I’ve been throwing it on for errands lately. It’s the epitome of comfort and style!
The Gwen Printed Pleated Performance Skort and the Wren Long Line Performance Sports Bra are the perfect pair for long walks in the summer heat! I actually wore this set while we were metal-detecting on the beach for my brother-in-law’s wedding band (full story is saved in my “ring story” highlight on Instagram!) It was the ideal test for this activewear set that kept me cool and comfy on our search!!
And lastly, Rudd wore the Edgewater Printed Short Sleeve Button Down and the Channel Marker 9 Inch Short out to dinner at the beach one night. He also wore the shirt again for Memorial Day! It’s a little something different than what he’s used to wearing, and the coolest vacation shirt. Our full looks are linked here!
