WHATTT. Yes. If you missed my <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/collectivelycarolina\">Instagram story<\/a><\/strong><\/span> &#8220;announcement,&#8221; we&#8217;re moving both our wedding and reception to an all-outdoor venue since our church and original reception venue aren&#8217;t hosting events right now. I know it&#8217;s still going to be perfect, but there is a LOT to do before <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/collectivelycarolina.com\/staging\/4719\/wedding-wednesday-no-18-our-new-wedding-month\/\">the end of June<\/a><\/strong><\/span>!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I thought I would leave you with something quick and easy today because, honestly, that&#8217;s all my brain is going to allow me to do right now &#8211; lol! It&#8217;s pretty self explanatory, but I created it in Excel with the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2 name columns (the second one is for the second line of an envelope where you would put children&#8217;s names, a second guest, etc.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A street address column<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A city\/state\/zip column (I separated the address and city\/state columns so that it would make it easier to use the spreadsheet for a mail merge!)<\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;relationship&#8221; column (this just helped me keep track of how many people we had on each &#8220;side!&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;number in party&#8221; column<\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;number accepted&#8221; column<\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;number of regrets&#8221; column<\/li>\n<li>And columns to track gifts received\/thank you cards sent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I also changed each row to pink (you could use any colors!) when someone RSVP&#8217;ed, whether or not they accepted or regretted. With a quick glance at the overall spreadsheet, that allowed me to get a feel for the amount of people we were still waiting to hear from!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I used the &#8220;sum&#8221; function at the bottom of the spreadsheet so that I could see the totals for the people who were invited, the ones who accepted, and the ones who regretted!
