Here to share a little bit of Monday motivation with you! I love working out at home, and equally love going to fitness classes like spin, barre, and yoga, and I&#8217;m sure many of you are missing your classes + gym right now, too. This season of quarantine has most definitely thrown all of our routines for a loop!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Since my schedule has been pretty all of the place the last few months between <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/collectivelycarolina.com\/staging\/4719\/wedding-wednesday-no-4-how-im-staying-organized\/\">wedding planning<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, and driving between North and South Carolina to check on our <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/collectivelycarolina.com\/staging\/4719\/category\/inspiration\/home\/\"><strong>home renovations<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, I&#8217;ve become accustomed to squeezing in workouts at home! She is so positive and her workouts are fun + effective. They&#8217;re pilates focused videos, and she has something for everyone\/every area you&#8217;re trying to target! I like to use <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/workout\/\">her website<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>to search for specific videos, (you can sort them by &#8220;level&#8221; and &#8220;body focus&#8221;) but you can also <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/blogilates\">find her on YouTube<\/a><\/strong><\/span>! This <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/videos\/abs-butt-and-thighs-hot-body-express-dvd-full-30-minute-workout\/\">30 minute abs, butt, and thighs<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> workout<\/span><\/span> is one I go back to again and again!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>*A note for my brides: She also has some SUPER fun <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/workout\/?search=bridal&amp;level=&amp;focus=\">&#8220;bridal bootcamp&#8221; videos<\/a><\/strong><\/span> that will help you prep for your big day + get excited for it!!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/popsugartvfit\">PopSugar Fitness on Youtube<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>I recently discovered the <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/popsugartvfit\">PopSugar Fitness account<\/a><\/strong><\/span> on YouTube when I was searching for barre workouts, and came across this <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1gAiGNKain4\">45 minute barre <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">workout <\/span><\/span>and this <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sAapLQCASOE\">30 minute barre <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">workout<\/span><\/span> by Marnie Alton of Barre Belle. I&#8217;ve been doing both of those workouts a lot lately, and have tried some of <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Ll9ARK8yejg\">PopSugar&#8217;s <\/a><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Ll9ARK8yejg\">cardi<\/a><\/span><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Ll9ARK8yejg\">o <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">workouts<\/span><\/span> as well! The options are endless!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. An Outdoor Walk + Stretching<\/p>\n<p><em>This one is simple and self-explanatory, but always puts me in a better mood. I have a little 2.5 mile walking route that I take around our neighborhood, then I like come inside and stretch while my muscles are warm! Cassie has some great <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/videos\/total-body-stretch-at-home-exercise-routine-to-improve-flexibility\/\">Blogilates stretching videos<\/a><\/strong><\/span> if you need something to follow along with.
