I absolutely dread doing it, but when I&#8217;m finished I feel SO good about it. It&#8217;s honestly such a strange cycle, but I&#8217;ve finally found the easiest way (for me) to stay in shape! Let me tell you about my journey with Blogilates:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since I <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/collectivelycarolina.com\/staging\/4719\/graduation-photos-life-update\/\">graduated from college<\/a><\/strong><\/span> almost a year ago, my fitness routine has been kind of on\/off. I used to love going to classes in Clemson&#8217;s campus gym, but I really despise going to the gym in the &#8220;real world.&#8221; Part of that is because I&#8217;m flat out too lazy to get in the car and drive somewhere just to torture myself (especially when it&#8217;s cold, thank u, next)&nbsp;??\u200d\u2640\ufe0f&nbsp;If I&#8217;m going for a social reason, that&#8217;s another story. OR if someone just drags me to the gym with them &#8220;for fun&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When I started working full time last July, I knew I needed something I could <em>easily<\/em> do at home before or after work. Enter: <span style=\"color: #333333\">Blogilates &#8211; A blog of workout videos created by award-winning fitness instructor and entrepreneur, Cassey Ho<\/span>. After I discovered Cassey&#8217;s videos&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCIJwWYOfsCfz6PjxbONYXSg\">on Youtube<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in college, I used to randomly do her workout videos when I didn&#8217;t want to go to the gym. I re-discovered her <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/\">awesome website<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #333333\">blogilates.com<\/span>) a few months ago and started <em>seriously<\/em> sticking to her <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/calendar\/\">fitness calendar<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in November. It&#8217;s seriously like my perfect fitness world! On the <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/calendar\/\">fitness calendar<\/a><\/strong><\/span> on her website, Cassey tags 4-5 videos per day for you to complete. These videos usually add up to a 45 minute-1 hour workout. I love her workouts SO much because Cassey is fun, encouraging, and&nbsp; NOT annoying at all (*I feel like that needs to be said because I&#8217;ve bailed on so many workout videos in the past due to unenjoyable instructors!!) You also don&#8217;t need any equipment for her workouts &#8211; just a <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/shopstyle.it\/l\/Yx5X\">yoga mat<\/a><\/strong><\/span> + a cute <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/shopstyle.it\/l\/Yx5b\">workout set<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, and you&#8217;re good to go!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I should also mention that <span style=\"color: #ffb9c7\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ffb9c7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blogilates.com\/calendar\/\">her calendar<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and videos are FREE to use on a desktop! All you have to do is sign up for a free account to use the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I feel so much stronger and more toned since starting the Blogilates workouts. When I started seriously doing these videos, I did them late in the afternoon after work, but have recently transitioned to doing them in the morning. I used to think I hated working out in the morning, but now I kind of love it! When I fit it in before work,&nbsp;I always feel like I have more energy throughout the day.
