I&#8217;ve shared this Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe on the blog before, but this seemed like an appropriate time to share it again. This recipe has become a staple for me over the past few years. These cookies are easy to make, and SO delicious!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>White chocolate chips + semi-sweet chocolate chips + Nutella. What could be better than that??<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/53508313-480202777840760716.preview.editmysite.com\/uploads\/5\/3\/5\/0\/53508313\/img-1865_orig.jpg?w=780&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookies || margaretwchase.com\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I personally enjoy my cookies <strong>soft and chewy<\/strong> as opposed to thin and crisp. The secret to making these cookies so soft is the\u00a0<em>cornstarch.\u00a0<\/em>Have you ever made cookies that have instant pudding in the recipe? (If not, you&#8217;re seriously missing out on this trend!) Instant pudding is actually just cornstarch + sugar, so there is really no difference besides the convenience of an instant pudding packet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/53508313-480202777840760716.preview.editmysite.com\/uploads\/5\/3\/5\/0\/53508313\/img-1862_orig.jpg?w=780&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Nutella White Chocolate Chip Cookies || margaretwchase.com\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a one-bowl recipe that ANYONE can make. The only special requirement is that you chill the dough for at least an hour to ensure that the cookies don&#8217;t thin out too much while baking.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a Nutella lover like myself, you totally deserve these cookies.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"328195714157602030\" class=\"element wsite-content-title editable-text cke_editable cke_editable_inline cke_contents_ltr cke_focus cke_show_borders\" role=\"textbox\"><span style=\"color: #f8a9a9;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">NUTELLA WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-size: small;\">YIELDS 12 LARGE COOKIES<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2\u00a0cup unsalted butter, softened (1 stick)<br \/>\nheaping 1\/3 cup Nutella (stir well before adding)<br \/>\n1\/2\u00a0cup light brown sugar, packed<br \/>\n1\/4 cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 3\/4 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n2 teaspoons cornstarch<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n1\u00a0cup white chocolate chips<br \/>\n1\u00a0cup semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT TO DO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In\u00a0the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or large mixing bowl and electric mixer) combine the butter, Nutella, sugars, egg, &amp; vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Add\u00a0the\u00a0flour, cornstarch, baking soda, &amp; salt, and beat on low speed until just combined, about 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Stop, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and add the white and chocolate chips, and beat on low speed until just combined, about 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Using a\u00a01\/4-cup measure, or your hands, form approximately 12\u00a0equal-sized mounds of dough, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Place mounds on a large plate or tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour, (or up to 5 days if you want to bake later.)<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350F. Place dough mounds on baking sheet, spaced at least 2 inches apart\u00a0and bake for about 9 minutes. Cookies firm up as they cool. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 10 minutes before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>*Cookies will keep airtight at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 6 months. Alternatively, unbaked cookie dough can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 4 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a one-bowl recipe that ANYONE can make.
