When I wore my black puffer coat to Clemson last Saturday to watch the parade for the National Champion football team, I got so many questions about it! Y’all seemed to really love the fact that it’s on MAJOR sale and wanted to know all the details. I’m soooo happy to share all the info with you because this coat is easily one of my favorite things I own! It’s probably because I was born and raised in South Carolina and physically cannot handle temperatures below 50 degrees, but either way, I’m obsessed with my puffer!!
Side note: I took these pictures in North Carolina last weekend when there was freezing rain/sleet. See if you can spot all the little salt crystals on the sidewalk ?

When I know I’m going to be outside in the cold for a long time, I always reach for this coat! (Y’all know I never go anywhere without my O-Ring either ?) It was 35 degrees when we were in Clemson from 9am-Noon last weekend. My body was warm the ENTIRE time! (My feet did freeze, but this puffer couldn’t help me with that.) I seriously think there is some kind of magic in this coat because I have never ever worn something that keeps me so warm. I would even snow ski in it because I can’t imagine anything better.
Because it’s technically the “end of the season” for most retailers, the puffer is marked down from $189 to only $89!! That’s such a steal. It also comes in heather grey, blue, and red! The sizing runs large, but is explained on the website. An XS = a 2-4, which is what I have!
The “invisible” pockets in the puffer coat are really nice, and I love how lightweight it is. Because it’s a down jacket, it barely weighs anything but still keeps you SO warm! The hood is also detachable (great for light snow/rain.) The zipper works from both the top and the bottom of the coat. It’s great so you don’t have to feel like your legs are being constrained! Or, if you want to let the zipper out from the bottom if you’re sitting down in a stadium, etc.
I also have to give a super quick s/o to these AMAZING black leggings that I just discovered on Amazon for under $25! They are nice and structured, suck you in, and honestly feel like Lululemon. I’m wearing a small.
