Can I get an amen for this long weekend? ?? I’m headed to North Carolina today to spend Labor Day weekend at the Apple Festival with my family and Rudd’s family. I’ve never been before but Rudd always raves about it so I’m excited to see what it’s all about! I forced myself to do really great this week with my Bikini Body Guide workouts so that I can afford to eat some extra apple treats this weekend. Will I over do it and eat 5000 grams of sugar this weekend? TBD, but probably. It’s all for a good cause, right?
