I know most people (including myself) are ready to go FULL Christmas mode, but I couldn’t let the opportunity pass by to share some photos from our little Halloween party. We kept it super small in light of wanting to keep everyone safe + healthy, but we still had the best time! If you missed our Tiger King costume, I shared it in this Instagram post – I couldn’t stop laughing at Rudd’s mustache + wig combination the whole night ?
I usually don’t decorate for Halloween and just do “fall” decor, but wanted to add some festive touches for our party! These balloons I put together for the fireplace were surprisingly easy – just a little time consuming! I used a long strip of glue dots to secure the tails of the balloons together, then tucked individual balloons in places that needed a little more fullness. I used these black balloons, these pink confetti balloons, and this balloon assortment + this balloon pump. I cut a bit of greenery from our yard and added it to the balloons for an extra spooky touch!
Arguably my favorite party of the party was the “grazing table” I put together down the middle of our dining room table! The trick to this is simply putting a long sheet of waxed paper down the middle of your table, then you just pile everything on top! Super easy to put together + super easy clean up, and really makes an impact. Here’s the link to our table runner!
My inspiration for these little ghost cookies came from this Pinterest post! I have it saved to my “Fall Holidays” Pinterest board.
We also made “Spooked Cider” and used these cute little ghost cups that I found on Amazon.
This “Boo” balloon banner was a fun addition from Amazon (under $10!) as were this “Happy Halloween” banner and 3-D bats that I added in our living room.
And finally, I’ll leave you with this photo of Fern in her tiger shirt – I really struggled to find a good dog tiger costume for her, so I ended up buying this infant t-shirt on Amazon and painting tiger stripes on it! I never thought I would be THAT dog mom, but here were are. Okay – enough of Halloween! I’m moving on to my Thanksgiving tablescape + all things Christmas for the foreseeable future!!
