I’ve been telling y’all for a while that I would review the packing cubes and the travel jewelry box that I bought on Amazon a while ago! I thought that this review would be coming much sooner after our honeymoon when our wedding was still scheduled for April – crazy times!!
I’m so happy to report that I FINALLY got to use the cubes and jewelry box on our honeymoon to Old Edwards Inn. I’m also a chronic over-packer, and the cubes worked perfectly for me!!
I got the set of 6 packing cubes in the “cream” color from Amazon. It’s actually more of a light khaki color, but I really like that it’s neutral! The mesh makes it super easy to see what is inside of each cube. They really just keep everything so organized, especially if you’re packing in a large suitcase like my new monogrammed one!
Most of these cubes were stuffed until they were VERY full! I wanted to test the quality of the zippers, fabric, etc. to see how well they would hold up, and they passed the test!! I really don’t see how I ever traveled without these before, especially because the set is only $20. They saved me SO much space in my big suitcase because the cubes compress your clothes to make them as “small” as possible.
Next up: the travel jewelry box! This little thing is just the perfect size. I love that it has a hard case so that your more fragile jewelry won’t get crushed in your bag. My favorite thing about it is the spot to hang necklaces so they won’t get tangled!! It has already saved Rudd from a lot of necklace-detangling headaches – ha! You really can’t beat it for under $15. Sadly, my pink color is currently sold out, but there is a really pretty blue color and a black color that are still available!
