Dropping in today for a short and sweet blog post to share the fit and sizing details on my new favorite jeans! Y’all might have heard me chatting about these on my Instagram stories recently, but they’re truly good enough to deserve their own post.
I never thought I would like the straight jeans style on myself, but I was so wrong! These jeans are perfectly high waisted and are an extremely flattering fit. They are slim through the hips and thighs, and then are straight from the knee downward. I also really love the length! They hit right around my ankle, and I’m 5’6.”

You will definitely want to size up one size in this style, however! I ordered one size up from my normal denim size after reading reviews and am so glad I did. My normal denim size would have been way too small. I also want to note that these jeans have a button fly as opposed to a zipper, if that’s something that makes a difference for you. I personally find that the button fly provides a more seamless fit!
I ordered these in both the “medium blue indigo” color (pictured in this post) as well as the white denim version. The white pair fits just like the blue denim pair, except the fabric has slightly more stretch to it. I still sized up!
