It’s almost here! The highly anticipated Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale starts tomorrow, January 4th, at 8am EST! I’m so excited to wake up and shop with y’all! If you’re not familiar, the APS usually happens twice a year, once in January, and again near the end of the summer. The sale typically includes super-discounted prices on styles from the previous season – AKA, if there was something you had your eye on that you never snagged, now is your time to grab it!
I love using this sale to stock up on classic pieces like this sweater wrap, these gold wedges, or staple pieces for the summer like a pretty party dress. If you’re a bride, this is also a great opportunity to build your little white dress wardrobe with styles like this.
As the sale begins tomorrow morning, I’ll update this blog post and my Instagram stories with my favorite items and the best deals. AFTER PARTY SALE TIPS & TRICKS
1. There will be a virtual waiting line. Once you get in it, don’t refresh or change the page in any way or it will kick you out of the line! When a spot opens up, you’ll be able to shop the sale.
2. Use the filters. Filter by your size (or even a specific pattern or style) to make your shopping easier! That way you won’t waste time looking at items that are sold out in your size, etc.
3. Beware checking out. If you have everything you want in your bag, you’re good to go! Be aware that when you check out, you’ll have to get BACK IN the virtual waiting line if you want to keep shopping the sale.
4. Items in your cart aren’t “safe.” The item isn’t yours until you actually check out and could be removed from your cart if stock is getting low! So on the other hand, check out often (and multiple times) to make sure you get your items. Shipping is free over $25!
4. All sales are final. Make sure you know your “Lilly size” by using the “fit predictor” guide on each product, because no returns will be accepted.
5. Set up an account NOW! You won’t waste time when it comes to checking out or logging in when the sale starts, which means you can easily shop styles that will sell out fast.
6. There will be new items added daily. For the past few sales, Lilly has introduced new items on the second day of the sale (1/5!) that aren’t available on the first day, so keep checking back!
