While I love to spend time cooking and baking pretty things, sometimes it’s just easier to make something simple that’s still cute and tastes great. I promise even if you feel like you can’t cook, you can still make these. You seriously only need 4 ingredients + 30 minutes to make these yummy peanut butter cookies.
I made 24 cookies using a regular sized roll of Pillsbury peanut butter dough. I rolled each bit of dough into a ball, and then rolled the balls in the granulated sugar. Next, I baked the cookies according to the directions, then promptly placed a Reese’s heart into the center of each cookie! The last step was to wait for 5 minutes (or until the Reese’s hearts became soft). Once they were soft, I gently pressed a pink heart candy into the center of each chocolate. After the chocolate had cooled, they were ready to go!
These cookies are perfect for a galentine’s party or to give your babe in a cute heart-shaped box! I ended up giving this test-batch of cookies away to a few different people so I wouldn’t eat them all 😉 I would LOVE to hear if you make these + who you’re making them for!! The full recipe is below! Happy February! <3
